Ms.Elizabeth Thabethe, Deputy Minister for Trade & Industry, South Africa along with 10 senior officials from South African High commission visited JDTI on 21st Augustí12. The visit was an initiative to give way to a mutually beneficial tie-up. The delegation was shown the infrastructure and facilities at JDTI.They had an interaction session with the jewellery design students and had lots of appreciation for there work.The delegationís motive was to study JDTI as a special institution impairing skills in jewellery designing & making. They were briefed about the various courses offered respective advantages of these courses. The visit turned out to be pragmatic and explored future prospects between the two countries.
