Spark is an annual college festival where current students of JDTI get a platform to showcase their Designs and Manufactured pieces. They also get an opportunity to interact with all students, current and former of JDTI.
This year the festival will be a week long event where there will be a mix of Display, Interactive Workshops and Cultural events. The display is well attended by eminent personalities both from the jewellery and related design industry as well as the press.
Jewellery companies also prefer to visit and directly interact with students and also offer in campus placements at the same time.

Each year there is a Graduation show for the Final year students.
This is a grand event awaited by students as well as the jewellery industry, as new and radical concepts in jewellery are unveiled for the first time.
There is a showcasing of the Final Design Project of all final year students.
They also receive their diplomas on the same day.
The theme for this year is Trends 2008

JDTI is associated as industry partner for IIJD ACE-A'07. IIJD ACE-A'07 held at Aamby Valley City, Lonavala
