Jewellery Designing (Distance Learning) Course Code: JDTI - 111 Programme Length: 6 months     Advantages An ideal course for all professionals from the jewellery field or otherwise, students and homemakers who have a liking for jewellery. Detailed study notes would be e-mailed or couriered at no extra cost. Queries can be easily sorted out fortnightly with the faculty online. You will learn how to communicate a design idea through different presentation techniques, understand the evolution of jewellery and the present day market needs. Discover the fire of diamonds and the charm of coloured stones. The course also offers an opportunity to design your own collections. On successful completion of the course JDTI will give you a certificate of distance learning. On the first Monday of every month you can visit the institute between 10:00 am to 5:00 pm to clear your doubts and use the Resource Centre. You can further enhance your knowledge by attending a workshop for 7 working days at the JDTI premise at no additional cost. During this workshop lectures and demonstrations on manufacturing techniques will be organised. Study notes for the same will be provided as a part of the main design programme. Terms & Conditions Compulsory personal e-mail id Enrollment Form would be available online To use the Resource Centre a security amount of Rs. 2000/- is to be deposited, refundable on course completion. An additional fees of Rs. 500/- will be charged for 6 months. Enrollment for the 1 working week of workshop should be made at the time of admission at no additional cost. All payments made for the course towards the institute will be non-refundable. The completed assignments must be sent back within the stipulated time period for evaluation.
